By signing up and actively using the
Bowling for Cash program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Bowling for Cash may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with
Bowling for Cash. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the bowlingforcash.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Relationship of the Parties

You and
Bowling for Cash are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and
Bowling for Cash. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of
Bowling for Cash. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the
Bowling for Cash program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

Bowling for Cash will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or
Bowling for Cash program, even if
Bowling for Cash has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
Bowling for Cash aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with
Bowling for Cash and may result in legal prosecution.
Bowling for Cash strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
Bowling for Cash may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
Bowling for Cash will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use
Bowling for Cash's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

Bowling for Cashcollects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

Some of our services require you to register for an account.
Bowling for Cash asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, e-gold account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

Upon your first visit to
Bowling for Cash, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.

Fraud, in any form, will not be tolerated. If it's determined that fraudulent information is used to sign up for Bowling for Cash or to complete offers, the member's account will be terminated and deleted immediately, without prior notice or warning, no matter the degree of fraud. All monies in that account will be forfeited. Some examples of fraud, but not limited to, are: using false information or information that's not one's own to sign up for Bowling for Cash or to complete offers; using stolen credit cards to complete offers; completing and receiving credit for the the same offer multiple times, whether it's on the
Bowling For Cash site or any other; canceling a trial offer before actually receiving the product or service. Using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers is also not permissible. Offers are to be done on one computer only, with one IP address being used and no proxy servers are allowed. If a member's IP address changes, for whatever reason, the member is to notify
Bowling For Cash of the change and the reason.

Payments will be made by the last day of the month following the month for which cash out was requested, possibly earlier. Also, there may be some instances where an offer has not been accepted and approved by the advertiser, so payment on that particular offer or offers will be delayed. By signing up and actively using
Bowling For Cash, members understand and acknowledge that they will not receive payment for completed and credited offers until
Bowling For Cash has been paid for those offers by the advertisers. Payments will only be made after the following conditions have been met: member accounts audited for accurate and correct information, and that no fraudulent information is found; completed offers verified and approved and validated by the advertisers; proper identification submitted, if requested. If the identification request is refused, all payments will be held until such time as the information is provided.

Bowling For Cash will not be held responsible or liable for any such actions that result from the use of a member's account. Some examples of this would be, but are not limited to: suspension and/or termination of an account; disclosure of account information; legal actions taken against a member; fees, costs, or damages associated with any lawsuits or legal proceedings.
Bowling For Cash will not be held responsible for any decision regarding any partner websites, and is merely an agent acting as a go-between for members and advertisers. Bowling For Cash does not endorse or guarantee any products or services advertised on the
Bowling For Cash website.

Bowling For Cash may terminate a member's account at any time without reason and without prior notice or warning. If a member's account is terminated, he/she will not be permitted to open another account. Only one account is permitted per household. If more than one account is created for the same household, all of the accounts will be terminated and deleted, and all earnings will be forfeited. Members have the right to cancel their membership and account at any time by sending an email to
Admin@bowlingforcash.com. As of the receipt date of the email, the account will be terminated and all money or prizes earned will be forfeited.

We will not sell, disclose or lease our members' personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency.

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our News/Updates Page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.
